Amy brings proven insight and passion to new ventures and everything that she does in business and in life. With her incredible focus and strong intuition for identifying and creating exponential business opportunities, Amy kicked off her career with building a successful retail franchise chain and mortgage brokering business.
Trusted for her integrity and honesty, she was later given responsibility for and became successful in properties and private fund management. She also created a unique business model in high-end luxury home developments, continuing to drive her love for dealing with niche clients & markets.
Amy’s motto in life has always been “No risk No gain”. She believes that taking risks is an important and necessary step to success. To be successful you have to be willing to take risks and invest the time to build that success – the key is to take calculated risks.
In starting the “No Risk No Gain” investment program, Amy’s vision is to give back to the community and contribute to making a difference in improving the quality of life for all who desire it.
Stephen Cheung

Stephen Cheung is an entrepreneur in the IT industry for over 20 years with extensive experience in retail sales, marketing and business management. He also invests in real estate and has purchased properties in Canada, US and UK. Since 2015, he traveled around the world and coached investors in 14 different countries on property investing. He became an international trainer and speaker who has educated thousands of investors, ranging from small groups to larger classes with 300 people at a time.
Towards the end of 2020, he was invited by Amy to join the NoRiskNoGain Investment Program. He is now focused on helping Amy develop the program, aiming to educate more people on strategic investment opportunities to improve their financial future.
